I've made meatloaf wrapped in bacon, but it was on a rack to drip down so the bacon got deliciously crispy and the flavor soaked into the beef. Without cooking the bacon part way, I can't see how this wouldn't be absolutely soaked in grease, and even then, the bacon on the bottom would be soggy.번역 보기
