One important thing that wasn't mentioned is how the cooked mussels smell. If a mussel smells grassy (like fresh cut hay) then they it is not fit to eat even if it's open. That smell is indicative of a bacteria that will give you an upset stomach for at least overnight. It won't kill you, but it's not a pleasant way to spend an evening.번역 보기

As a mussel aficionado: any method to get them out of the shell is fine, do whatever works for you! Personally I pick them out with another smaller shell번역 보기
