I really miss the Marukome tōgarashi miso they made about 10 years ago. I used to carry a small tube of it in my handbag for spicing up lunches on the go. Sadly, they discontinued it. It was sort of like a Japanese version of Korean gochujang, but a little different.번역 보기

I'll look forward to that video on vinegar, the sheer variety in Japan was mind-boggling. I don't think I ever used anything but rice vinegar when I was there, it was the safest option.번역 보기
