Hi Jessica retired chef from the UK here, just a little tip for you, if you shell the eggs under the surface of the ice water the shells peel off so quickly even with fresh eggs layed that day, I have stood for ages peeling eggs and then tried it under the water and wished I had found that way earlier번역 보기

if you crake the egg when their hot then put them in cold water for about 5 min the shell will fall right off when you are pelling them번역 보기
