So I'm a 73 year old woman of Eastern European descent. Learned to cook from my Mom and Grandma. We were lucky that Grandma lived with us. Apparently neither of them really knew how to cook ground beef correctly and that's probably why I don't much like it 😂 Next time we buy ground beef, I'll definitely make it your way.
