Dune 3 Is Changing MAJOR Things From The Book (Trailer Breakdown)

if you want to know more about Dune than 90% of the fandom let me tell you, Villeneuve's "Herbert wrote Messiah because people misunderstood Dune." is a flat-out lie he used to justify changes he wanted to make in his movies. It isn't the only place Frank said it but in my old copy of Heretics from 20+ years ago there is a preface where he talks about having already written parts of both Messiah AND Children before he even finished Dune.번역 보기

In the books Chani stands by Paul through everything. She certainly doesn't conspire with others to bring Paul down for the sake of their children, because the Chani of Dune Messiah dies in child birth. Having already rewritten the original novel by changing the gender of Dr Kyle & by changing who kills the Baron, these latest perversions of Frank Herbert's work should come as no surprise. This is Frank Herbert's Dune in name only and certainly not its actual content.번역 보기
