I noticed that some of your butters were unsalted versus some with salt. Salted butters react differently in how it releases or captures water, how it spreads, cooks and bakes. I would be curious to know how, by comparison, using all salted ones from the brands marked unsalted faired in your testing. Also, your French butter is what is considered a finishing butter and is not a butter used for baking or general cooking. Butters with salt will last longer, as salt is a preservative, and can be left for days for ease of spreading on foods. Using a butter bell is the better option for a longer stay on the counter without going rancid. Fermented/cultured butters are way more expensive and so easy to make at home! We have lost so many skills and knowledge to the big food industries, and I thank you for bringin them back with every video you make!번역 보기
