My father, a North Carolina native and later a chef in Los Angeles, used to make a large pot of white beans and ham and a large sheet of corn bread for the restaurant staff. This was an occasional treat for the staff as most of them were also from the south. Still miss those days. Dad died at age 99 after a lifetime of food preparation for customers and friends.번역 보기
