The key point to focus on is he is managing the news cycle during the summer silly season. Post 2024 politicians realise this is a very risky period. I suspect the media strategy will need to evolve as we move into September 2026. Until then I think Burnham and his team have managed the comms and the media very well.번역 보기

The fact is, if a politician wants to get their message out to people, in 2026, they have to engage with social media. We can decry that as a sad indictment of the times we live in, and there is much to regret about it, right enough. However, Keir Starmer's tenure shows what happens when a leader's communication isn't on point. Moreover, we've witnessed the dangers and consequences of populists being conceded a monopoly on the spheres of media where a majority of people now get their news and information. So I find it refreshing and positive to have someone in charge who can take them on at their own game and play it well. The key thing is to do so with balance - communication shouldn't become what a leader does, it should to be how they convey what they are going to do번역 보기
