To anyone curious, this is the bread and butter of parkour. We don't film ourselves doing it much because... yeah, it doesn't get the likes that juming from rooftops get, but, ask any experienced traceur, what QM is :)) It's the basis for learning how to land, and how to do many complex parkour moves.번역 보기

This reminds me a lot of how we used to play as kids. There was a constant "flow" of movements from running on all fours to squatting down, dashing across the room, doing cartwheels, jumping around, crawling on the floor, etc. And we did none of it as exercise, it was all just play, just normal, just regular movements that every day would naturally be filled with. I always envy how kids seem to be so full of energy all the time. Every room transition is a sprint, every play session is an intense full-body workout. Of course as we age and become larger in size and weight, it requires more and more muscle activation to keep moving that heavier body through space. But it's not like it's impossible. There should be more of these tiny excessive movements sprinkled throughout our adult selves' days. Like don't just go grab a glass of water, run to the faucet or walk backwards. Don't just bend down through your spine to pick something up from the floor, go in a deep squat and stay down there for a couple of seconds. Just a bunch of these micro adjustments throughout the day would probaby add up to keeping people a lot more mobile and fit throughout their lives.번역 보기
