I use flap meat all the time for tacos. Pretty much equal parts salt, pepper, cumin, and a light dusting of cayenne. Lightly grill it. If I'm feeling particularly ambitious, I'll then crisp it up in avocado oil in a pan after I've cut it up. Serve it up with onions, cilantro, lime on a tortilla with some fresh arbol/guajillo sauce, and maybe a few drops of habanero.번역 보기

Cook flap meat regularly for my carne asada. I do it with a marinade that is a bit spicy, then just add raw onion and cilantro. Classic street taco. May try this recipe. Looks good!번역 보기
