You know i think one main reason animal shelters are even more over crowded is because people who rent can no longer have furry family members because the big scam has spread wide where they make you pay a non refundable fee between $300 and $750 fee per pet plus pay monthly rent between $25 to $100 per pet. That is insan all that is on top of the security deposit you already pay. WHAT A SCAM. ...So people can't even raise there kids with animals which does produce a more caring compassionate human being. All t h ose baby's dont get homes.
