I asked Ai if Boston Dynamics gave up on humanoid robots and this was the answer. Not sure what the thumbnail was all about. Made it seem like the opposite. Weird…. No — quite the opposite. Boston Dynamics has gone much harder into humanoid robots. What may be confusing is that they retired the old hydraulic Atlas in 2024. They replaced it with a completely redesigned electric Atlas.
