Out of the hundreds of meditations I've made, this is one of my favourites. It's been created in collaboration with the Monroe Institute, with Monroe Sound Science woven all the way through. It's an absolute honour to have made this with them. The forest sounds you hear are real, recorded in Costa Rica at the base of the tree that inspired this meditation. it's absolutely beautiful and my favorite are the Monroe meditations...BUT unfortunately for me, bird song immediately makes me think of the morning and I can't sleep 😩 I'll have to try this during the day번역 보기
