Glad to see this finally acknowledged. It's been happening for a long time. Back around the turn of the century we would go watch my 8 or 10 year old cousin play and it was laughable. The players had 3 or 4 uniforms to wear, the latest and greatest bats, gloves, shoes, etc. and often more than one per year. They looked like an MLB team until they started playing. The coaches would be yelling "double play depth" and it was clear that nobody on the field knew what it meant; probably not even the coaches. Pitchers throwing meatballs down the middle on an 0-2 count. Batters swinging at dumb stuff on a 3-0 count. No idea how to play the game. But their uniforms looked sharp. When I played little league we wore t shirts and jeans. If we were lucky the shirts all matched because a local business threw us a few hundred bucks to get their name on the back of them. Our coaches had at least played baseball before and some of them had actually played beyond high school. Now you see a guy in MLB screw up and the announcer will say it's a rookie mistake. No, it's not. It's a little league mistake that nobody has bothered to correct in the last 20 years.번역 보기

I coached high school in 2009, I was blown away by the coddling of the kids and the walk up songs etc.번역 보기
