I Hate Meal Planning… So I Built This

I have a hard time making a small pot of soup or stew, then I freeze 2 servings for 'ron (later'ron) when I don't want to cook. The big pot lasts me about a week or longer. I can add tomatoes or other things to a bowl if I want to make it different at a meal. I am also happy to eat the same food for a week or more as it still tastes yum & next week will be different. Part of the problem is that TV has given people the idea they have to have something different EVERY meal! Like my sister says, they wouldn't do well at my place! 😅번역 보기

Love a man who loves his food. After a lifetime of struggle with food, I'm so glad to have you guys to help me stay on track. Thanks for the simplicity. A friend brought me a zucchini, (so good browned little circles using your broth to deglaze the pan,) a little cucumber, some tomatoes, I added some avocado, and thinly sliced red onion, and put it on toasted Ezekiel Bread (I don't do well with flour.) Great snack, lunch, or whatever. Dressed with a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes. I'm with you, it's been so long, that I don't try much to replicate old recipes. Hi to Reebs and the boys.
