My man, if you're ever in our neck of the woods, I volunteer to drag you over to Pioneer's pit shack over on the west side. Medium rare, shaved thin, raw onion, tiger sauce, extra horseradish, salt & pepper on the onions, piled high on a kaiser roll. Glad you discovered the gloriousness of the Ballmer pit beef - it's up there with the Italian beef sandwich, a classic pastrami with mustard and kraut on rye, and beef on weck.번역 보기

I’ve heard of these iconic sandwiches before by virtue of The Wire. They made that sandwich sound so appetizing in that show. Because it is. I can see it clearly. Glad you made this classic. 😍번역 보기

Jake's Pit Beef in Baltimore is some of the best food I've ever had in my entire life, if you're ever in the area. You did a great job on this sandwich, I would eat this any day. I would eat two of these any day.번역 보기
