I am American from Onondaga Michigan. I will tell you the best way to cook Squirrel is to use your best seasoning and coat them in self-rise flower then deep fry it in beef tallow until golden brown. I leaned this from my parents from the South. Been doing this for 45 years. Try it, Gordon!번역 보기

I love squirrels heres my homemade recipe, feeds 4, 2 large squirrels,2 large potatoes, 2 cups baby carrots, 2 cups beef broth, and some beef bones, start with your bones 2 cups water and beef bones with the squirrels in a crockpot, cook on low 10 hours if possible 8 at minimum, aftertimes up pull everything out your going to strip all the meat from the bone, place meat back into broth add in carrots after cutting them in half and potatoes (cube potatoes to half the size of a half carrot pieces) letcook on high for 2 hours then turn off heat add corn starch/flour until the consistency is to desired liking, enjoy번역 보기
