@12:10 He's clearly leaning his head back into his neck and his shoulders all tensed from the collision. That's bunched up skin (Even his facial hair is exactly the same). Try it for yourself leaning your head back into your neck and shoulders. I'm skinny and can make it look like I have a double chin by doing it.
