There are a lot of NGO's who spend mostly on themselves. Expensive cars, luxury items, lavish houses, lavish lifestyle and fake accomplishments. There is no accountability. Toyota Innova hycross is selling because of NGO's.번역 보기

Under this govt's fcra bill proposal, if an NGO’s registration is not renewed or is cancelled using any excuse like irregular paperwork, then a union govt's designated authority, would have the full legal power to take over, transfer & dispose off those assets if these assets were created using any amount of foreign funds including donations & contributions for hospitals for low income people, girls schools & girls toilets in schools. This would apply even charitable institutions run by religious communities such as christian, sikh, jain, muslim, & other groups. Assets include schools, hospitals, those for natural disaster relief & places of worship like churches, gurdwaras, jain temples & mosques, if these assets were created with foreign funds. And union govt has stated publicly that the purpose is Not intended to target any religious community. Only registered NGOs in India can take foreign funding & must comply, while Rss isn't even registered as non-profit, so it doesn't have to disclose its financial source to govt. Any group that has strong hierarchies & intense ideological training, without external audits & independent oversight, this structure creates a risk lacking in accountability & unchecked decision making. The potential risk is structural can be applied to political groups, NGOs & any other organisations, regardless of what they say are their stated purpose. Which is why NGOs in India face very strict regulations, with full disclosure to govt & there are strict limits of 20% foreign funds, which can be spend only on admin dept & specific core job, audits & reporting to govt. While India has the largest number of NGOs in the world at around 3.3 million, however, only 13,520 to 16,987 of them are actively receiving foreign funds, with most of it focused on girls education, toilets in schools, child welfare, rural healthcare, etc related sectors. P.s ironically, this current ruling party, which has now become the richest in last 12 years in the world, redefined the definition of foreign entity, allowing any US or foreign company, to donate unlimited US funds to political parties in India. Those US or any foreign companies, which can be considered Indian now, will be those that current govt chooses. This was applied retrospectively to 1976, effectively shielding political parties from legal challenges regarding past donations from such companies.번역 보기
