I think you could do better at batting if you approach batting like a real batter would. Wait for your pitch. Swing at pitch types and locations you can consistently hit off of and lay off the pitches/locations you struggle getting hits off of. For example, if you struggle to hit breaking balls, lay off breaking balls and prioritize hitting fastballs/changeups. If you prefer to pull hit, focus on only swing at inside pitches and lay off outside pitches. (Just an example though, your comfort will probably vary each game) I personally like to focus on low and inside pitches. The only time you swing at any strike in the strike zone is when you have 2 strikes on you. Hopefully, I did a good job at explaining batting strategy. All of this is pretty situational and may sound complicated.번역 보기
