Unlike in the wild, Speedy had no need to leave her kittens as a means to protect them and so she and Easter (Dad) would both sleep with them and play with them. I had video of this I know it! But I can't find it yet:( It really amazed me how a wild brush rabbit adapts to its environment and how so much "wild" just melts away when they feel 100% safe. It's like the guard comes down about 50% and the real personality comes out! As all of us rabbit lovers know, rabbits are an underappreciated animal and I don't know anyone who has owned a rabbit ever regretting it. The joy each one brings to your life is immeasurable!번역 보기

This is a video that spans over about a month of Speedy and her 3 little adorable kittens. She is a very good mommy and 3+ years later all of them are still happy healthy bunnies that have helped to save many other brush rabbits and chipmunks lives over the years. When I take in another wild brush rabbit that needs help having other brush rabbits around it that are not stressed calms the rescued bunny down a lot and my survival rate quadrupled. Beautiful! I like your song too! Is Banana one of these babies? Do they all have the front paw birth defect? It’s true that when their basic survival needs are met – food, shelter/cover, and protection—so they feel secure, their personalities are allowed to shine. And they can be so fun and playful! Viewers have asked me if I hand-raised all the bunnies who come up to me b/c they’re so tame. Nope…they’re just getting to have fun b/c their main needs are met! They’re either at that wonderful playful age of 4-6 weeks (where the babies are right now so I'm loving being able to play with them), or they’ve taken apples/treats from me since that age so they continue to trust me as adults. 🥰번역 보기
