11:00 yes, that is a real anomaly. It’s the camera one. You can only see it through the cameras, if you do not exit or switch the camera fast enough, you will get jump-scared and lose 20 sanity. It is pretty rare to see to be honest. Afterwards, the camera will break and you will need to fix that camera to look through it again.
