I cook a lot… I watch a lot of chefs, FOOD Youtubers, and I read a lot.. I’ve learned from a lot of people. However, I think I’ve learned the most from Jacque Pepin., for certain he is my favorite, and he taught me the kindness and the beauty and the art of cooking… he doesn’t get judgmental, he doesn’t tell you this has to be, or that a dish must contain this or cannot contain that.. He’s not snobby. About his food he’s not arrogant about it. He’s not judgmental. Some think that a dish can only be cooked one way or it has to be truly, Italian or truly French or truly Mexican to be tasty and that is not this man번역 보기
