If you pause where the three teams meet, there is a board in the background that shows the incursions. So I think the conflcit, one of them at least is Doom having his own way of dealing with it, which may be based off the fact that the avengers screwed up the timeline by tampering it with it so much so hes like "nah you guys had your chance, this is how its gonna go" Which he has a point but not going about it the right way. So seems like he wants franklin and the other children who have God like powers in order to make him God Emperor Doom (if you arent familiar with that, its worth a look, its what Secret Wars is based on but different story) Which obviously is gonna be a problem because Thor isn't gonna let his daughter be taken.
