Animal Subject Detection Autofocus on OM System PEN

A certain large review site made such a huge fuss saying that when the Ai Subject Detection AF on OM System PEN is activated, there is no way to control which subject is in focus, the camera just takes over and that will give you false positives (or locking AF on subject you don't want to). That review site also neglected to report a simple quick override solution which OM Digital Solutions has implemented in the PEN - you can customize the AF On button to operate the normal AF functions, allowing quick focusing control if the subject detection isn't doing something that you want. I explained this quick override solution at 5:37 I think this method is very efficient and should be added into OM-1, OM-1 Mark II and OM-3 in the future's firmware upgrade.번역 보기
