Idea for a saw game seems cool but I feel like there's an element here missing to really make it feel like Saw and draw the crowd away from the "It's just outlast." Idk maybe add more SAW like scenarios like "How far are you willing to help someone else?" I know they have to hurt themselves to save each other in those "Trial" moments when someone is caught but maybe have someone stumble upon a trial naturally opposed to having being kindapped like OH NO you stumbled into a trapped room where something will horribly mutilate you that would hinder your ability to function in certain ways. One of the biggest things in SAW is testing how far people are willing to go for each other or for themselves when the stakes are truly high. Instead of just going "Give up this piece of yourself to save your own life, make it where the allies dont just have to give up HP to save them, make them really think about it. Like "Are you willing to give up part of YOUR sight to save THEIR life in time!?" Like in case you didn't find them quick enough or struggling to solve puzzle to rescue them you can then decide "Dammit do I let them get hurt/die or do I take a bullet for them here by losing a finger or one of my own eyes?" I'd imagine having an ally die super early would be detrimental but some people might honestly think "Nah I don't need em." OR make them partially compete with each other as well. "Solve or finish this trial to gain a boon BUT you'll be putting your allies at risk at the same time. Are you willing to put yourself above others for your own sake?" Cause Jigsaw always tests the humanity and morals of people THAT is the kind of SAW I remember watching from the very first movie. Maybe down the line he can even remind players or EXPOSE players of each other's selfish actions "Yea that time when you lost your eye? Blame player 3 because they chose to gain a special item at YOUR expense. Can you forgive them or will you demand retribution?" Just spitballing here idk if these are good takes at all. I think having someone take the role of the judge is cool but idk how you can make them more interactive without taking that authentic feeling of the SAW series since mastermind is mostly watching opposed to this where they dip and dip out with hit and runs.번역 보기
