He's been dealing with a massive amount of personal trauma that's clearly impacting his career, even though he tries to hide it. Going through a brutal divorce is heavy enough on its own, but trying to keep performing while it all catches up to you is too much. The guy is only human. He really needs to step away for a couple of years to properly reset. He's acting like nothing's wrong, but he won't get better until he actually heals from the divorce, the coaching changes, and the losses.
