VeggieTales first got on my radar when my younger sister and I were visiting my Aunt and Uncle on my Mom's adopted side when we were kids (back when we didn't have to pretend we can stomach their presence and believe me, we have reasons for why we prefer to not have anything to do with them) when this one kid, no idea who he was or what connection he had to my Aunt and Uncle outside of maybe his family going to the church my Uncle was a minister at, brought over VeggieTales tapes (specifically the Christmas episode and the Easter episode.) I thought they were pretty enjoyable. Full disclosure, my family is Catholic though most of us aren't necessarily the kind that regularly attends church (though given that everything about what priests were doing with boys my age at the time were coming to light, I don't think you can blame us for not showing up to church every Sunday.) I even remembered seeing VeggieTales being promoted at Chuck E. Cheese (especially when this movie was coming out.) When my sister and I weren't stuffing ourselves with pizza or hearing My Girl covered by subpar animatronics, we were seeing the teaser for Jonah, hearing My Cheeseburger or the song from the broccoli boy about him giving something to the pea people who lost everything (or at least that was the context I pieced together.)번역 보기

I remember watching VeggieTales when I used to go to church a few times. However, I wouldn’t call myself Christian, nor an atheist. I just call myself an agnostic person since that’s what I follow.번역 보기
