Also - canning tip. Lift those jars straight out of the canner. When you tilt them before they’re sealed, you risk the seal by getting product between the lid and the jar. That puddle of water on top of the jar will make you crazy 🤪, but once you set them down, you can go back with a paper towel and lightly soak up the excess water (don’t press, just lay the paper towel over the top until the water is soaked up).번역 보기

Italian here! 🇮🇹😂 I can confirm that pretty much every Italian household has a moka, and most of us make coffee with it every single day. ☕️ But girl… that cup you poured is HUGE! 😂 With a moka, you’re supposed to have a small cup of strong, concentrated coffee. If you want a bigger drink, you can always add milk, water, or whatever you like. But drinking that whole cup of straight moka coffee would probably have me seeing through time. 😂☕️🇮🇹번역 보기

I’ve been gardening for over 40 years and have raised many different varieties of basil…Genovese basil is the one I always come back to. It is a classic for a reason and if you keep it watered and the buds pinched back, it will last for most of the season. Here in ND it eventually freezes (sad day) but the last 2 years I rooted some cuttings in water and potted it to bring to an indoor windowsill to have basil for a couple more months.번역 보기
