I worked in an auto shop in an upper class area. There was a chemical engineer who came in on occasion and loved to hang out in the shop and talk to the mechanics. I can talk to anyone so one day he and I crossed paths and started talking. Shortly the whole shop realized I could keep him engaged while they worked on his vehicle. Afterward, anytime someone saw him at the counter I would be quietly summoned. I loved talking with him. He had the most unique way of explaining chemistry in the modern world. Took him 20 minutes to explain why putting ethanol in gasoline was a boondoggle. I now know all about cracking petroleum.번역 보기

As one who spent their entire childhood in the shadow of the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory I came to know the quirkiness of engineers, but I can't claim to have acquired an actual understanding of them.번역 보기
