I had to transport Patrick Stewart to his hotel one day while he was filming x2. I had no idea who I was picking up at the time and was a huge TNG trek fan boy because it aired the day I was born in 1987. My dad use to joke I got hooked because he and my mom were watching the premiere in her hospital room shortly after I was born. I got hooked by age 5 to the show. He immediately could tell I was a fan by how excitingly awkward I was acting and immediately broke the tension by jokingly asking me in his Picard voice, “you’re not one of those Kirk fan boys are? Cause I’ll need another shuttle if you are!” 😂 The rest of the ride to his hotel he was chatting with absolutely nothing and cracking jokes and just being the funniest guy. Soon as we get to the hotel I’m unloading his bag and he surprised me with a selfie and had left a huge tip in the back of the car. I received the picture from his agent at our dispatch office with a note that read “down with Kirk!” Lol 😂 Just a wonderful man! I have the picture to this day on my wall번역 보기
