To everyone posting here about testing in 1080p or 1440p...etc., you’ve once again misunderstood a CPU test. He is deliberately testing with a lower internal render resolution to take the graphics card out of the equation and shift the maximum load onto the CPU. That way, we can see what its maximum performance is. There’s no need to test at higher resolutions. If the CPU can deliver more FPS than your graphics card, you don’t have a CPU bottleneck, and your graphics card is working at full capacity. The CPU doesn't care about the resolution. It will always deliver the same FPS whether in 1080p or 4K. The only thing that will eventually become a bottleneck is the graphics card.
