The greatest thing about combat sports is that there is success available for you at almost any age under 40 professionally. If right now doesn't work for you your future isn't entirely out of the picture, you've still got time in your life to train and make your dreams happen.번역 보기

I was under very similar circumstances to you, about two years ago. I am 24, have been doing martial arts since I was a kid, and had aspirations of being a UFC champ for quite a while. I had two amateur fights, won both, then stopped competing. For me, the two biggest reasons for the decision were learning more about the CTE risks of fighting, and the reality of fighter pay. For me personally, I could not justify the risk of brain damage in exchange for (what I consider to be) underwhelming pay. A smaller reason was as you mentioned in your video - the stress. It is indeed so extremely stressful to schedule out time every day to train AND work full time, diet rigorously, find money to pay for classes, weight cut, and of course the fight itself. The highs are so very high but the sacrifices made for it are so immense. My advice, from one to another, understand that you have successfully competed in one of - if not THE most - difficult sports in the world. You definitely have what it takes to do whatever you wanted, really. If you want to get back on the MMA grind, you just got to commit yourself to putting those hours in. However, if you apply that same level of discipline, dedication, time investment, and perseverance to any other field that interests you, you definitely would be hella good at that too. For me, I've decided that my next fight will be college lmao. I'm staying in shape and fulfilling my passion for competition through BJJ, but most of my energy is focused on making sure I've got my life together. In any case, you'll be good no matter what. Stay dedicated and remember what it is that is keeping you driven, no matter you are deciding to do. Best of luck!번역 보기

many almost all fighters have lost fights, but its about how they bounced back to become better the next time! you still have potential and the fact that you are looking over your old fight shows me just how much you can get a win in right now! i support you man :D번역 보기
