Excellent video. Here are a few things that I do apart from what you do. 1) Boil dals with little water and freeze them in cubes. I use it for making roti’s soups and of course dals, just change the spices and water levels. 2) Chili/garlic/salt/ vinegar cubes - I can of course add it to cooking but if in a rush, I make chutneys or raita with that. 3) Chickpeas or Rajma or chana cubes - when I boil them, I keep a little aside and make ice cubes out of them. I use a cube of this and that in my very strange fried rice. 4) Anari (it’s our local cheese, much like your paneer) - I mix with various herbs and onions chopped and salt and keep ready for little pakoras (mixed with boiled potatoes) and spread on bagel or crackers. 5) Boiled potatoes - boiling and cooling starches before cooking them makes the starches better for us, so I always have 4 potatoes at least boiled and kept in the refrigerator. On days I’m “done”, family gets chokha 6) Onions - peeled, soaked and dipped in water for 15 minutes, patted dry and kept in the refrigerator. I am NOT peeling and crying because someone wants omelettes. NOPE. 7) Lemon juice cubes - for… everything. 8) Broccoli/Cauliflower/cabbage - always chopped, washed and dried and kept frozen. For some reason, we either get 3 heads of broccoli or none. I’ve stopped questioning that, I just meal prep. 9) The peels and kitchen discards are turned into bio enzymes that I use for cleaning everything. Of course I boil soapnuts and add that. But yes, I try to minimize the kitchen waste. The recycling here is a … good thought at best. Don’t ask what I do with the milk jugs. The idea is that a woman’s body goes through so many changes a month. And since we are we, we don’t really like what others do even though we wish someone would do it for us. And that’s why prepping is so important. Thank you for sharing. 😊 Stay healthy and love yourself first.번역 보기

Your meal prep idea is fantastic, but what makes me even happier is knowing that Indians have spread to every corner of the globe. Wherever they go, they adapt seamlessly—embracing the local culture and blending in without causing any harm to the people or traditions, while also contributing to that country's development. I am so proud of my fellow Indians.❤ may be I m first' time in ur vlog ❤번역 보기

One of the biggest lessons I've learnt is that meal prep isn't about cooking everything in advance—it's about making fresh home-cooked meals easier on busy days. ❤️ What's one thing you always keep ready in your fridge or freezer to save time during the week? I'd love to read your ideas and learn from you too! 🌿번역 보기
