I can’t stand the toxicity some people are bringing to these comments. They’re saying it’s our fault and that we neglected him. Gonzo has never been neglected a day in his life, and neither has Maple. Keeping cats locked indoors is CRUEL. The least we can do is let them outside once in a while, and yeah, sometimes they go missing. There is literally nothing we could’ve done and just commenting hateful things to me and my parents is not gonna help one bit. If you really have such horrible things to say, then say it in my face. Not from behind a screen. I’m so done with this, I’m tired, we are still very much grieving. I am so grateful for all the support and nice comments. We’re still looking out for him. I know your worry and grief all too well. We lost both of our dogs for a month when I was a kid. It was like the world ended for us. But miraculously, we found out they were being cared for by an elderly woman 10 miles away. We got our pups back. I know it's ignorant to hope the same for Gonzo, but I truly hope he is in a warm home waiting to be reunited. I hope if anyone has him, they are just as earnestly looking for you.
