Adeleke didn’t even have a qualifying time three weeks before the championships, having had very little racing or consistent training due to injury. She only entered the 200m the night before the national entry deadline because she hadn’t been able to train sufficiently for her usual 400m. To produce a run like that under those circumstances was phenomenal. Imagine what she could do with a sustained period of uninterrupted training and full fitness. Hopefully we’ll see her race the 200m, and even the 100m, more often alongside the 400m.번역 보기
