Speaker @13:21 is alluding as if really same sets of neurons actually fire when singing and murdering. The fact is that they use fundamentally different neural pathways, with some overlap in basic motor and autonomic systems. Committing violence (say when under attack) is accompanied by excitation of amygdala, hypothalamus, and motor cortex. Singing however uses auditory cortex, supplementary motor area, and bilateral sensorimotor networks.
