Nice one Rick. My mum used to make braised steak and mash spuds back in the 70s, 80s. That lovely home cooking smell when you walk through the door . 🙏👍번역 보기

I've never heard of it, but it looks so tender and delicious. I don't have room for an instant pot, unfortunately. Thanks for sharing, Rik.번역 보기

First time I've heard it called Swiss Steak. I've always known it as Braised Steak and it was slow cooked in the oven. 40 minutes in the pressure cooker is going to be a lot cheaper than 2-3 hours in an oven, electricity consumption wise. I have a 3L Instant Pot, yes the baby of the range, it's performance isn't compromised by its capacity and in fact I find it better than my 6.0L Ninja multi cooker that has an enamel pot, whereas the Instant Pot has a stainless steel pot which distributes the heat more evenly, a darn site easier to clean and longer lasting. One of the better under $100 spends for my kitchen. It's a great recipe and it looks delicious, I'll have mine on the mash thank you. So easy to make and devour. Thanks Rik 👍🤤번역 보기
