Lots of ways to improve it. Just the potion cooldown allow me to give defenses so no need for the 20% damage reduction for pets. But I think the Hivermind Hardhat is better for 70% longer positive effect, 20% potion cooldown and 60% increase negative status effect duration. I'll test various helmets and see what fits best. Also on the bow you can put speed enchantment instead. Pets will move also faster, which can also help in combat for melee pets. Pets scale badly with number of enemies for obvious reasons. So you need to be proactive clearing cheap enemies so they can focus on the boss or big HP enemies. So still good weapon damage is needed. But what you've seen for the current meta is good enough.
