I like imagining a raccoon as a janitor, as raccoons often wash their hands and food (although upon a google search maybe let's leave out what else they do in the same water they wash with). They could maybe get speed boosts or sanity boosts or fixing cameras, cleaning goop, putting out fires and dealing with monsters and rituals. Essentially anything you dump onto that one friend when the Secretary is dealing with patients and the nurse/doctor classes are in surgery or dealing with something else.
