You made my banitsa very well, Max. The only thing I would change is that I use a deep rectangle pan to make the banitsa and not have too much air in it. It would give the top more caramelization and more of a bite to it. Kyle's rating is offensive to us bulgarians, but I see his point. You have to grow up eating it for you to love it.
