*Important 05:21 - Apple has given it an IP68 rating on paper but it has been found that dust easily gets inside several users’ phones which suggests that it doesn’t live up to its dust-resistance rating in real-life use !번역 보기

“I was an Apple fan for 3 years. Yesterday, Apple made me question every rupee I spent on it.” My iPhone display suddenly went black during completely normal use. No drop, no physical damage, no excessive heating. The phone was still working, but the display was dead. After paying ₹2,500 for diagnosis, the service centre couldn’t clearly explain why it happened. Their solution? Pay ₹29,300 for a display replacement on a phone worth around ₹22,000! What shocked me even more was the contrast with Samsung, which replaced the display on my 3-year-old, out-of-warranty phone affected by a green-line issue, charging only service fees. I understand that electronics can fail, but shouldn’t a premium brand offer a fair solution when there’s no known physical damage and the cause remains unexplained? I’m not asking anyone to hate Apple. I’m asking people not to become blind fans of any brand, like I was. Before spending your hard-earned money, check repair costs and after-sales support, not just the logo and camera. A brand’s real value isn’t tested when you buy its product, but when something goes wrong.번역 보기
