You speak from the heart, I follow a few creators and don't subscribe to patreon, I'm very happy with the free content and understand thar patreon is there for those who want it. I’m terribly sorry you are receiving backlash for your decision to put videos on Patreon. You should be financially compensated for the work you do to create content. The fact that you are also providing your videos for free on YouTube gives people the freedom to decide whether they can afford to pay to support you, or not, but not miss out on what you create. You are being fair and considerate of all your viewers. I already financially support some content creators, otherwise I would absolutely join as one of your Patreon members. I have deeply enjoyed your videos and have loved getting to ‘know’ you and your family more. It’s a joy seeing you go from strength to strength.
