Can you do a video about the "Family Atomics" in Dune? They never made sense to me. How does one Great House, which owns hundreds of atomic weapons, threaten anyone? Do they smuggle them via Heighliner to their enemies home worlds? Each Great House occupies a it's own planet. How would they send atomic weapons to other worlds in other solar systems? Pay the Spacing Guild to use them? The one time they are ever used in the books was on Dune, and that was when Paul used his own Atomic weapon's against a mountain range. As some kind of strategic defense, they make no sense. Sure, they could nuke incoming enemy ships, but that would damage their own planet. Without a way to send them to distant worlds, they seem almost useless.번역 보기
