I'm a senior and live alone. I prepare full size casseroles, split them into individual servings, package the servings with my electric sealer and freeze the portions. I do this with a few different casserole recipes so I always have a selection to choose from.번역 보기

Thank you for these one person recipes. I am 82 and live in a small apartment alobe. I don't have alot of freezer space. These recipes areperfect for me. I definitely don't want alot of leftovers.번역 보기
