True Apartheid corruption benefited the whole minority, building and securing wealth for whole minority. Whereas with Democracy corruption it only enriches the few, destroying any infrusture that was built to bring wealthy and equality for the majority. It is technically inept. It always baffles me how a minister can have a Masters degree or PhD yet be so incompetent.번역 보기
