I grew up on the Beano version of Dennis. One of my most disappointing experiences of my young life was the time my grandmother was coming over to babysit for the night, and she told me she was bringing the 'Dennis the Menace' movie on VHS. I didn't even know there was a movie! I was so excited, and of course this was 1982 or something so I couldn't look anything up online. Imagine my shocked face when the movie was a completely different dennis who wasn't even a menace to anyone. It was pathetic. I wasn't a brat so I kept my mouth shut but the disappointment stayed with me for days.번역 보기

I grew up in Sweden in the seventies and the American "Dennis the Menace" was very popular here. I had never heard of the British comic with the same name until recently.번역 보기
