Before things have a chance to get complicated, I want to clarify what happened so that neither Sanna nor I get flamed over an unfortunate situation. A while back, I built a custom Skycastle for Sanna that took months of hard work and 15K Robux to build. Because of strict server settings, communicating across platforms like Discord and Roblox is incredibly difficult for larger creators, and our direct messages simply got buried. To let her know the skycastle was finished and to give her the moon egg in her wishlist, I joined her in-game a few times. However, because she was right in the middle of active recording sessions and needed to protect her filming boundaries, she chose to unfriend me and leave the server to avoid interruptions to her footage.There was no bad intent on either side… it was a direct result of a stressful workload and a lack of a direct communication line. Cookie has been incredibly kind and patient in helping us pass messages along behind the scenes to get things sorted out.
