Banning software is not possible. Banning hardware is only feasible if you control the whole manufacturing process. US does not control shit.. China is building their own industry to manufacture all things. They may be behind on the lithography but they are making huge leaps.. US is a joke compared to China. EU actually controls some due to the lithography technologies owned by EU countries. This control is only temporary, soon EU is in a worse position then the US. Memory bandwidth alone no longer predicts token throughput. Older estimates put DeepSeek V4.1 at around 60 tok/s on two Sparks, but with speculative decoding and batching, I’m now seeing roughly 120 tok/s in aggregate.번역 보기
